Both include tracked shipping so you can stay informed about your order's progress and estimated delivery date.

It doesn't matter where you're located or how many items you've ordered: the same rate applies, and your Climber's Gifts are delivered straight to your door.

    Will I have to pay customs duties?

    No, we prepay all customs duties where possible to ensure your package isn’t delayed or held at customs, giving you a hassle-free delivery experience.

    Returns Policy

    You can return unopened and unused products up to 60 days after receiving them. We hope your love our Climber's Gift products, but if you are in any way unsatisfied, please use our  CONTACT US page to initiate a return. Once we have received your products, your payment will be refunded. 

    Cancellations

    If you placed an order and changed your mind, CONTACT US right away before it is dispatched. We will cancel and fully refund your order. Unfortunately we cannot cancel orders that have already been dispatched.
